1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

This website is operated by Aynjul Martinez, doing business as SuppliesVault ("SuppliesVault," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting suppliesvault.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from SuppliesVault. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you.

3. What We Sell

SuppliesVault sells digital products only. Our current catalog consists of:

  • All In One Reselling Vendor — $14.99 USD
  • Comprehensive Reselling Guide — $14.99 USD

Both are downloadable digital files. No physical goods are sold, produced, or shipped by SuppliesVault.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed with a payment method we cannot verify, or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order before delivery, we will refund it in full.

Prices and product contents may change at any time without notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery is automatic and immediate. Our digital files are delivered through Filemonk, a third-party digital delivery service integrated with our store. As soon as your payment is approved:

  • A download link appears on your order confirmation page, and
  • A separate delivery email containing your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address. If your delivery email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders before contacting us. If you still cannot locate it, email angelnmartinez23@gmail.com from the address used on the order, including your order number, and we will re-send your files at no charge.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by mistyped email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, or email providers that block our messages.

6. Express Consent to Immediate Delivery — Waiver of Cancellation Right

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing your order you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or "cooling-off" period that would otherwise apply to your purchase under applicable consumer protection law.

7. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from SuppliesVault, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that product for your own individual use.

You may: read the material, use the information in your own reselling activity, and keep one personal backup copy of the files.

You may not:

  • Resell, license, rent, sublicense, or distribute the product or any part of it;
  • Share, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit the files or their contents to any other person, group chat, Discord or Telegram server, forum, or file-sharing service;
  • Reproduce the vendor lists, contact information, sourcing methods, or written content in any product, course, guide, newsletter, or paid community of your own;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or identifier embedded in the files;
  • Use the material to create a competing or substantially similar product.

All content in our products — including text, layout, graphics, vendor compilations, and organization — is the intellectual property of SuppliesVault and is protected by copyright. Our compiled vendor lists represent original research and are protected as such.

Violating this license terminates your rights to the product immediately, with no refund, and may expose you to civil liability. We may pursue takedowns, payment disputes, account termination, and legal remedies against buyers who redistribute our material.

8. No Guarantee of Results — Earnings Disclaimer

Our products are educational and informational. They are not a business opportunity, an investment, a franchise, or a guarantee of income.

  • SuppliesVault makes no promise, projection, or guarantee that you will earn any money, make any sales, or achieve any particular result from using our products.
  • Any examples, figures, screenshots, or references to earnings anywhere on this site or in our products are illustrative only. They are not typical, not average, and not a promise of your results.
  • Your results depend entirely on factors outside our control: your effort, capital, skill, time invested, market conditions, platform rules, competition, and business decisions.
  • Reselling carries financial risk. You can lose money. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

9. Third-Party Vendors and Suppliers

Our products reference and compile information about third-party suppliers, vendors, marketplaces, and platforms. SuppliesVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any vendor listed unless expressly stated.

We do not control third parties. We make no representation or warranty regarding any vendor's pricing, inventory, product quality, authenticity, shipping times, minimum order requirements, business practices, solvency, or continued existence. Vendor information is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of compilation and may become outdated at any time. Vendors may change terms, stop accepting new customers, or close entirely.

You are responsible for vetting any vendor before sending money. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party vendor is solely between you and that vendor. SuppliesVault has no involvement in and no liability for those transactions, including losses from vendor fraud, non-delivery, counterfeit goods, or disputes.

10. Your Legal and Tax Compliance

You are solely responsible for operating your reselling activity lawfully. This includes, without limitation: business registration and licensing, sales tax collection and remittance, income tax reporting, customs and import compliance, product safety and labeling requirements, intellectual property and trademark law, and the terms of service of any marketplace or platform you sell on.

Nothing in our products is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, probe or breach security, interfere with site operation, impersonate another person, harass us, or violate any applicable law. We may terminate your access for any of the above.

12. Shipping

SuppliesVault does not ship physical items and does not charge shipping fees. See our Shipping Policy.

13. Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after your files have been delivered — rather than contacting us first — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

If you have a delivery problem, email angelnmartinez23@gmail.com and we will resolve it. If you file a chargeback instead, we will submit evidence of delivery, your acceptance of these Terms, and your acknowledgment of our no-refund policy to the payment processor. We reserve the right to permanently ban the buyer, revoke the product license, and refer fraudulent disputes for collection.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and this site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, that the information will remain current, that the site will be uninterrupted or secure, or that our products will meet your expectations or produce any result.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuppliesVault and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of this site or our products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those places these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuppliesVault and its owner from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of the license in Section 7, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your reselling activity.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

You agree to contact us at angelnmartinez23@gmail.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in full effect. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuppliesVault and supersede any prior communications.
