  • Filemonk — our digital delivery service, which receives your email address and order details in order to send your download links
  • Payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay) — which process your payment directly and handle your card data under PCI-DSS standards
  • Email service providers — used to send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing email

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or lawful government request, or to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. International Transfers

Our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By purchasing, you consent to this transfer.

6. Marketing Emails

We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing angelnmartinez23@gmail.com.

Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails — order confirmations, delivery emails, and support replies — because those are necessary to fulfill your order.

We keep order records for as long as necessary to provide support, honor re-download requests, and satisfy legal, accounting, and tax record-keeping requirements — generally a minimum of seven years for financial records. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

Note that we may be required to retain certain transaction records for tax and legal reasons even after a deletion request. Deleting your order record may also mean we can no longer re-send your purchased files.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
